What is DPD Ship to Shop?Updated 14 days ago

Ship to Shop is our most cost-effective delivery method and is selected by default at checkout when it’s the cheapest available option. Instead of home delivery, your order is sent to a nearby pickup point (usually a local shop or post office).

Key Information:

  • Default option: If it’s the lowest-cost method, Ship to Shop will be auto-selected at checkout unless you manually choose a different method.

  • Pickup point selection: DPD shows you 3 local pickup locations during checkout based on your postcode or delivery address — you can choose which suits you best.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive full tracking information via DPD, just like a home delivery.

  • Pickup window: You have 7 days to collect your parcel once it’s delivered to the shop.

  • Missed pickups: If not collected within 7 days, the parcel is returned to us. Once received back at our warehouse, your order will be refunded and the stock returned to inventory.

  • No changes after dispatch: Once your order is processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery method or upgrade to home delivery — even for a fee.
