What is DPD Ship to Shop?Updated 15 hours ago

DPD Pickup

DPD Pickup is our most cost-effective delivery method and is selected by default at checkout when it's the cheapest option available. Instead of delivering to your home, we send your order to a nearby DPD Pickup point, usually a local shop.

Key Information:

  • Delivery time: Orders usually arrive at your chosen pickup point within 2 working days of dispatch.
  • Default option: If it's the lowest-cost method, DPD Pickup will be selected automatically at checkout unless you choose a different method.
  • Choosing a pickup point: At checkout, DPD shows you 3 local pickup points based on your postcode, so you can pick whichever suits you best.
  • Tracking: You'll get full DPD tracking, just like a home delivery.
  • Pickup window: You have 7 days to collect your parcel once it arrives at the pickup point.
  • Missed pickups: If your parcel isn't collected within 7 days, it's returned to us. Once it's back at our warehouse, you can either pay the postage again and have it resent, or receive a refund as store credit.
  • No changes after dispatch: Once your order has shipped, we can't change the delivery method or upgrade it to home delivery, even for a fee.

Need it faster? Choose DPD Next Day at checkout for home delivery.
