How to Return an Item (International Customers)

We understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right, and we’re here to help guide you through the return process.

Important Information About Returns

    •    Unfortunately, we do not offer free international returns. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning their items.

    •    We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely as we are not liable if it goes missing in the post.

    •    Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.


How to Return Your Item

    1.    Pack Your Item

Ensure the item is in perfect original sale condition, unworn, with tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, products with aftershave, makeup, body odours, or cigarette smoke cannot be refunded.

    2.    Include Your Order Details

Please include a printed copy of your original order confirmation or a note with your order number and contact details in the package. This helps us identify your return and process it quickly.

   3.    Ship Your Return

Use a tracked service to send your return to the following address:

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return policy, we’ll process your refund. Please note that it may take up to 7 days to process your refund once we receive the item. During busy seasons, this may take slightly longer.

For UK Customers:

If you are in the UK and send a return directly to our warehouse without going through the official returns portal, your return may get lost or missed. We do not take responsibility for any UK returns not sent back via the correct process.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

A: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return. During peak seasons, it might take slightly longer due to increased volumes.

Q: What should I do if my return is lost in transit?

A: This is why we recommend using a tracked service. If your return is lost in transit and no tracking information is available, we cannot be held responsible for the missing package.
