How to Use Your Kecks Store Credit E-Gift Card

If your return was approved for store credit, you will receive a Kecks e-gift card via email. Here’s what you need to know:

Where to Find Your E-Gift Card

    • Your e-gift card is sent to the email address used for your original order once your return has been processed.

    • If you can’t find the email, check your spam or junk folder—sometimes it ends up there.

How to Use Your E-Gift Card

    1. Open the email containing your e-gift card.

    2. Copy your unique code.

    3. At checkout, enter the gift card code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” box.

    4. The amount will be deducted from your order total. If your order is more than the gift card value, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
