How to Use Store Credit at Checkout
1. Log Into Your Account
To use store credit, you must be logged into your account:
• Click the “Log In” button on our website and enter your credentials.
• If you don’t have an account, create one using the same email address you used for your previous purchases.
2. Add Items to Your Cart
Browse our store and add your desired items to your cart.
3. Proceed to Checkout
When you’re ready to purchase:
• Go to your cart and click “Checkout.”
• Ensure you’re logged into your account.
4. Apply Store Credit
At the payment step:
• You’ll see your available store credit displayed as a payment option.
• Select “Apply Store Credit” to use your balance.
• The store credit amount will be deducted from your total order value.
If your store credit doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
Things to Note
• Store credit can only be used when logged into your account.
• It is available as a payment option only on our online store.
• Store credit cannot be split; you must apply the full available amount toward a purchase.
• If your store credit is in a different currency, only the balance matching the store’s currency will be displayed.
Checking Your Store Credit Balance
To view your store credit balance:
