How do I return an item?Updated a month ago

You can return all items within 14 days of purchase. Underwear cant be returned due to hygiene purposes. To start you return, please visit the Returns Portal. You will need your order number, postal code & email address

Bonus Credit: If you choose a gift card instead of a refund to the original payment method, we’ll add an extra £5 to the value of the gift card.

To process an international return please contact us 

Please note, products must be handled and kept with care and returned in their original state and packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. If your handling of the product(s) results in a decrease of its commercial value, we may proportionally reduce our refund to you.

For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have aftershave, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke on.


£2.75 return fee will be deducted if you choose to use our return label through the returns portal. This covers the cost of postage back to us and will be taken off your refund total.

For example:

If your refund is £30, you’ll receive £27.25 once the return is processed.


All returns must be made through our returns portal.

Any returns sent outside of this system may be lost or refused, and we can’t guarantee a refund if this happens.

As always, underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.


Please note: This policy applies only to items purchased directly from our website. If you purchased from a Kecks retailer, please contact them directly, as they will have your receipt and have taken the payment.
