Dispatch & Delivery Info

All orders are dispatched daily, with postage collections at 3PM.

Orders placed after 3PM will be shipped the following working day.

Our warehouse hours may differ during national and bank holidays.

Things You Need to Know

    • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking info once it has shipped.

    • The delivery timeframe selected at checkout starts after your order has been dispatched.

    • Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 are not guaranteed next-day or two-day services.

    • For guaranteed next-day delivery, please select DPD at checkout.

    • Gift card purchases do not count toward the free shipping threshold.

    • International orders may be subject to import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
