Do I need to confirm payment every month for my subscription?

No, subscription payments are typically processed automatically each month without you needing to confirm anything manually. However, in some cases, your bank or card provider may introduce additional security checks that can block or pause the payment unless you approve it.


Why did I miss a delivery?

This usually happens when we’re unable to take payment for your subscription. It’s likely that there was a block on your card, your payment details had expired, or your bank stopped the transaction due to a security check.

We automatically try to take payment up to three times. If all three attempts fail, that month’s subscription is skipped.

To avoid this happening again, it’s best to check with your bank and make sure your payment details are up to date. 


What should I do if this happens?

  • Check with your bank to see if any security checks or holds were placed on the transaction.

  • Make sure your payment details are up to date.

  • You can manage or update your subscription any time via our Subscription Management Portal.
